延并购到内生增长　　尽管收购终止，歌尔股份的转型步伐并未停滞。公司同步推进两项关键布局：其一，通过子公司歌尔光学以19.03亿元增资扩股方式收购上海奥来100%股权，强化在光波导等晶圆级微纳光学器件领域的竞争力，为AI智能眼镜、AR增强现实业务提供技术支撑。2025年2月，歌尔光学已发布全新AR全彩光波导显示模组，突破技术瓶颈。其二，歌尔微电子于7月向港交所递交上市申请，拟通过独立融资加速MEMS
